What should I do ?

I have been uploading gaming videos for the past few months and I always try to stick to a 1 video every 2 days, I post my content on Twitter/Facebook/Tumblr and I still get nothing.

Is it just a waiting game ? or do I need to do/change something that I am doing.

Any tips on how to improve would be most appricaited by all, Thank You.

Like the others suggested, G+ communities and some research will go a long way. I also suggest you look into the Google Plugin called "Tube Buddy". Among other functions, it will help you pick better tags that get searched a lot, but aren't really competitive. I started using it last week, and have already noticed a lot of improvement, because people can actually find my videos now.

If you post on social media like Facebook u should find a group or community about gaming probably there will be people checking it out, most of the time they will ignore but never know until u try Good Luck

Get used to using social media properly. Use #'s when you advertise your video. Follow developers / other gamers. Talk to them, make some friends. You'll slowly get followers that way. Google+ Communities help a lot, but a lot of the said communities are just "post videos / sub here" kind of a thing. Not a lot of moderating goes into it as opposed to Freedom!. That being said, I still think it's a good-ish place to start getting an increase of viewers.

Well every begining is hard, just keep a good work and it will pays off. Upload whenever you have time for that and people can click on your videos and if they like what they see they will search for more of your videos. Good luck.
