Sorry to hear about the delay regarding your channels. The support team are working as hard as they can to deal with outstanding and new applications to join Freedom and have to manually review each application, even if they have been partnered before, whilst dealing with other ticket and support issues, as such due to high demand they may be a little slower in some areas then we are usually accustomed too. There have been some issues raised to the algorithms initially used by Freedom and these are also being worked on as we speak, if your channel, or channels in your case, have been unlinked and there is no cause for concern (I.e no copyright / community strikes), then please don't hesitate to reapply to join Freedom with these channels.
At the minute I am more than happy to pass on any ticket ID or channel information to support staff, if users have been waiting for a week or more regarding this - just to allow the extra time as mentioned above.
