Its to do with the YouTube Partner Program but its only just be updated to the Freedom dashboard and is not working properly. Just make sure you watch this video to check your YouTube dashboard has accepted the YPP

Thats fine then, as I said above its a new feature to the Freedom dashboard and is not working so as long as you have accepted it on your YouTube dashboard then there is nothing to worry about
