simple enough mate, click on your dashboard go to the left hand panel and click the channel button, a drop down menu will appear in it you will see the monetization button, click it, it will take you to a page for monetizing your videos, then click enable monetization and your done hope that helps

You can enable monetization by simply going to your channel status and features
