I have been getting less and less views to the point where I think my videos will stay as no views. Is it because I monetized too early and should've stuck with ad-free videos? Any thoughts?

You have 2 subscribers, so it is unrealistic to expect to get any video views for certain at all.
Even if you do not used any ads, your videos will still have lesser views. I am not saying your video is bad or anything.
For one your are using very little tags on your videos, so that means the search result for your channel will be lessen. And most of the games your doing let's play are not well known.(Except Fallout New Vegas) Plus there are tons of people already making Let's Play videos. So if your not lucky or found a fan that will watch whatever content you do..Then yeah, you will not get enough views or comments.
Most people gets views if you cover New Game Titles that most people will search on youtube. Or old ones like Skyrim, if you feature awesome mods or something like that. But yeah, just keep on uploading..I am sure you will find a game that will get you some recognition.
As you channel is at 2 subs at the moment you won't get many vieuws. Make use of tags, a good video title and description in combination with a catching banner. When gou have those things ready it is a matter of dedication. Growth will go slow in the beginning but if you keep at it then the vieuws will come.
Use many tag as possible and make click bait thumbnails as well. It work. Yeah I know is a bad thing but a most channels use that method to gain a audience (PewDiePie & markiplier). I use that and gain an audience from that.
