Solved Verified badge requirements?

I can't seem to find a legit answer for this. Even YouTube is vague about it. What are the real requirements to get a verified badge om YouTube? I also heard Freedom can provide one. Is this true?

YouTube keeps it a secret, and there is no firm data on when one can receive a verified tick. I have seen a 40 sub channel get the tick, and 5.5M sub CinemaSins doesn't have it. I've heard Freedom! get help the steam roll on the process, but you still have to meet YouTube's ghostly requirements.

It shouldn't be a priority yet anyways, not until you start to get people reuploading your work or imitating your channel.
