i joined freedom a few months ago but i just realized that i didnt link my account. When i tried to verify it, there was no link on my youtube dashboard like the video showed.

When you contact support, make sure that you will provide the following information:
1. Your Custom ID
( For instructions on finding your Custom ID, please view: http://freedom2.support.tm/customer/en/portal/articles/2214849-how-do-i-find-my-freedom-custom-id- )
2. Your YouTube channel link
3. A screenshot of your YouTube Features page
( To get to your Features Page, go to: http://www.youtube.com/features - Make sure the entire screen is visible in the screenshot, and if you need to take 2 screenshots (one for the top and one for the bottom) that is fine as well.)
