I know that people will say "upload what you wanna play" but is uploading older games like dead island or bioshock 2 even worth uploading?

Depends on your subscribers. If you're out to attract new people, I'd advise not to. In the end, you can upload anything you want! Having a personality can make anything viable.

There's two types of videos usually. One for the people that already watch you, and one to attract people.

What videos could I make that can attract people though?

A costly approach is buying new games, and shooting them onto your channels quickly. When a game gets hyped, people look for videos, but it's hard to break into the let's play market. High-subbed people tend to get a lot of the views. If you want to stand out, you need to offer something different from everybody else, and that's the biggest challenge.

I'd say yes, of course depending on a lot of factors. If you enjoy playing older games and have a way of recording them properly (Lots of people record old N64 games using camera etc), then go for it. Personally, I'd love to see an actual let's play of Mario 64. Only current one I could find with decent quality is with Gamegrumps, and they don't really make a let's play of it :)

So yes, if you enjoy it and can do it properly, then go for it. I personally think it's fine as long as you can make quality content - and that's the base rule of any game.

Well as a viewer I love to watch old gameplays as long as the person playing bring something new to the table. I find it hard to watch if the person is really really bad at the game. I can forgive that with a band new game because its new. Hope this helps.
