Complaints Tried To Welcome And Give Advice In Introduction Section, Now I have A Warning

So, I'm really really confused as to what happened. Some guy posted in Introduction section about how he wanted his channel to grow, so I said, "Welcome to Freedom, But We'd love to know more about you. Is this an introduction or promotion? If Promotion, then this belongs in the promote Yourself section."
I wake up this morning to a message from Bryan (One of the Mods) Saying I was Advertising/Spamming? idk if he just gave it to everyone that participated in that post, but you can imagine that it definitely did not set the mood of the day well.

I'm sorry to here about the inconvenience you have received from this situation. But you have the information wrong. The post that got deleted and warned for was this (refer to screenshot #1). It's evident that you were copying and pasting the same message to introduce new users. This is classified as spam; duplicate postings, which is indeed against the rules.

I hope you understand what I'm trying to say, the post that you're referring to is untouched and isn't violating the rules. That post isn't the reason why I warned you.

I mean, I typed out Welcome to Freedom all those times, because I assumed it was an easy friendly way to say hi to everyone. but k.

I am with Bryan on this. We appriciate it a lot that you are welcoming members but welcome messages should be personal. If they arent personal and just copy pasted then it isnt a real warm welcome.

Again, its great that youre welcoming members, but do it in a personal way please!
