Not sure how much detail people can go into regarding a thumbnail but its very good, not cluttered and will address the video very nicely

Seems good, just remember that people only get to see it rather small, so compare it to this size. (YouTube is smaller than this)

Not bad. I'm not a huge fan of the bottom text as it clashes with the top text.
