I got a notice from the Youtube on the dashboard of my Youtube channel as below:

We've worked with guide MCN to include you in the YouTube Partner Programme.

This notice applies to all Youtube channel partnership with MCN.

Do I have to accept (apply) a notice of the Youtube?
