So many of you probably heard about the new program the fine bros released called react world but what does it do? What does it mean for any of us?
Well in the video they released on their channel they explained that when you enter this sorta network you can make your own elders, kids, teens react without getting a claim. You will of course have to share 40% of your income with them and there are no entree prices. So all in all everything seems to be fine right? Well there is something they didn't tell you about in their video.
and that is this picture this list is off all the phrases they have requested a copyright for. And yes you see it right the word REACT is in there and also try not to smile or laugh (which is much used on Japanese tv shows).
Now I have found out that all this will be up for aproval on the 2nd of february people can oppose it then. Be aware that if this goes through you can be put on trial in US courts. This trade mark on the word REACT does affect ALL REACT CHANNELS. if you use this word in your title they can sue you if you do not pay them. Now will this copyright hold up in court? after hearing out 2 lawyers on this issue the answer is a NO. BUT winning such a case will cost lots of money so they still can bully people out of bussines.
Now the question is will they do it? Well if we go back to 2012 we find a small channel that did seniors react (I cant find their vids anymore they have al been purged) these guys did it before elders react became a thing. Then teh fine bros managed to take down this channel and well elders reacr became the only one of its kind. All comments/ video's that pointed this out where quickly deleted from their channel so that people wouldn't notice and they got away with it.
So with that bit of information it is safe to say they will most likely use it, those who have left critical comments on the announcement video have noticed that these where deleted so it seems history is about to repeat itself.
