Solved Support being lazy or something is wrong?

Good day, Freedom! Community.
It's been days since I filed my issue to Freedom! support. Still, no response. Don't get me wrong. I know there is something wrong since they are not usually like that. They usually reply within their 24-hour rule. Are they slacking off or freedom is having a problem somewhere?

I've also observed that many are having problems with their freedom! invitation. I just want answers. No hate.

Well there's nothing we on the forums can do, but it's not surprising considering the number of channels they've partnered. If only they valued quality over quantity.

Just give them time and be patient. They have a lot of people to offer support to
