I've been struggling to gain subscribers recently, and I actually had lost 3 in the past couple weeks (I only had 26, so losing 3 was pretty big). I saw someone mention that outros are a great way to get people to subscribe, so I got to work in Blender, Expressions 4, and Movie Maker and put together a flashy outro with a link to another one of my videos, as well as a subscribe link. I uploaded it 24 hours ago and tweeted it at a couple relevant yotubers, and since then I've gained 11 subscribers with 150 views on the video. I hadn't set a specific goal for myself, but this video being extremely successful compared to my other videos has really given me the motivation I needed to keep doing YouTube.
