It does because that account needs to set as primary once deactivated it will wipe the primary settings.

meone shared a game with me like that and it worked when they made a new account + why would i deactivate my account i want to keep it for when im round my dads cause i have a PS4 there

Yes but what I'm saying is I need the psn account as primary on my PS4 he could easily deactivate and set his back to primary = me losing a game that's all I'm saying lol.
