Referrals - why do them?

Hello, 10 people on average join the network using my referral, what are my benefits?

I think you earn a certain percent of what they earn. That comes out of the 40% Freedom takes, not the 60% the partner earns.

Yup that's right. I could be wrong but I think I heard the percentage is 15% of the 40% that freedom earns?
