Solved re-authenticate error

so a little back ground i tried to get in to freedom about 6 months ago because at the time i had a friend who work at freedom but i got denied twice. once for copyright claims (which i cleared up ) the 2nd im not sure but still got denied. now freedom email me out of no were to re-authenticate to complete the review process but when i try to it comes up with this error http://prntscr.com/gfozgl also my freedom dash board says i have been accepted ?

You may have missed the transition to Google account sign in. Email [email protected] with your YouTube channel ID and account email and they will be able to help you there.

As mentioned above it may have been that you missed the recent move over to the Google account sign in - though if you are able to access the dashboard it should be fine, I would just suggest making sure that you have Google account sign in details associated with your account. As for the dashboard it is currently saying its been recieved and you have limited access - probably as you haven't completed your application just yet, have you been sent / had the learn more button sent to you yet?

The partner section would also update once your application has been completed, at the minute it can't show any of your stats until you complete the application and officially join with Freedom. Hope this helps
