You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. Even if your video appears in the first page people still need to click it, and this is where human nature kicks in, as in we are (and yes I'm guilty of this) more likely to click the video with the highest amount of views because in our minds more views > means that video is better.

Its sad but true and no amount of video SEO will make people click it.

Bro you're right.It's important that people need to click on your video.But if your video appear in the first page of YouTube search result & you have attractive thumbnail I thing that really increase the amount the chances people watch your videos.I am not saying if your video be in the first page of the search result your video will get millions of views.My point it's help you to rank high & get some extra view on your video
