1.do i need to leave the network in order to get paid by adsense?

2.i have ad sense account and linked to account , do i just need to enable monetization on my videos and start earning , or is there something else i need to do before that? like make a website(blog) ?

If you want to go back to the default earning yes you would have to leave the network, just remember that they have a minimum payout of $100 before you get your first payment.

You need a bank account if the payment is coming from adsense, if you are getting payed from Freedom you just need a paypal account.
