Solved Problem with the support ticket.

I have visited the freedom.support.tm site to see what creating a ticket is like, I get asked to login but when I try login (I haven't specifically made a Freedom account but have logged in with google at freedom.tm) it says invalid username and password. I am wondering if there is something wrong on my end or I just have to create a freedom account at freedom.support.tm.

I am getting the same problem. I had to create this account just to join the forums since it would not connect my original freedom account, then when submitting a ticket it brings me to a question page that shows irrelevant results. Not even matching words come up.

It says invalid login every time and says I am a guest, then when trying to create a new account it doesn't send me a confirmation email. Makes me wonder if they laid off some people.

The support page I'm pretty sure has a differnt log in system therefor just connect with googless plus or make a new account. I made a new account on there as well.
