problem with music. help?

is there a way to use music from audiomicro or other music providers freedom offers without getting a copyright claim?
I understand that you can use the music and then get the copyright removed later but most people get the bulk of there views at the begining of the videos lifetime.

Hi,
Please set the videos as unlisted until the claim is removed which should take 15 minutes to a couple of hours. Usually only 15. Then release the video once there gone. You can't have the video on private since content ID won't work.

As far as I'm aware once the claim is lifted all revenue gained should be given to you even if the first views were while being claimed.
