welp, to rate this, what's the video about, a Naruto Shippuden latest episode theory? and yes, I watch Naruto Shippuden 
In my opinion, thumbnail could use quite a bit of improvement. Maybe you could add naruto shippuden's logo up there and add some text related to what's gonna happen in the video. And also, maybe you could make the pictures more clear. What I would do is add more pictures of the episode around Itachi's face and do what you did i.e. feather the edges and make it blend in with the center, "I guess".
