Posting a tutorial video

Yeah so, I made a tutorial video going over the hardware and software you need to start a gaming channel, but I have no idea where to post that...
according to the rules for the threads here you are not allowed to upload your videos or advertise yourself on any of these threads.

I had done a poll on here a while back asking people if they would want to see a tutorial of that and they said yes soooooooooooo

If anyone could tell me that'd be great.

Edit: You could also make a blog style post in the tips and tricks section but with pictures instead of the video.
