Poctan?

No i am not advertising... I was doing a quick search of my YouTube channel on bing (hahaha) to see if bing would bring it up... well then i see a website called poctan with my videos in it when i clicked to see what it was... It had my video's and had a title written in mandarin (Chinese).. I never uploaded to that website... what do i do?

It's a YouTube embedding clone. What their idea is, is to embed videos in their own websites and reap the ad revenue from people who confuse it for another form of regular YouTube.
There is nothing you can do and nobody should be paying attention to it.
