Depending on the size of your channel you may be able to get sponsorships though if you have a smaller channel I'd rather go for affiliate programs like PlayNow by Freedom! or Amazon's affiliate program instead as they aren't too restricted and can actually earn you quite a bit of money if integrated into your channel correctly.
Regarding other sponsorships it really depends on what your channel is about. Though a quick google search should do it. Also look around the Sponsorships Section of your Freedom! Dashboard for some sponsorships.
