So i dont know if this has anything to do with my problem but I partnered my channel here over a year ago but recently I deleted the channel and remade the same one with the same account, now that im looking into things it says on my freedom dashboard home page that one of my channels is not partnered but on my youtube dashboard it doesnt give me the option to partner... In my channel settings it says not partnered and says "partner with freedom" when i click it, it redirects me back to my freedom dashboard home page and doesnt do anything. please help
