Solved Partnering problem

Today I clicked the "partner with Freedom" link on my YouTube channel's "status and features" section and when I got to the Freedom dashboard, it says to check my email. But there's literally nothing in my email. I don't really care too much about the second part that mentioned potential revenue. But the part that says "check your email" is the part I seem to be having an issue with. I've checked my email many times and there's literally nothing there. Here's a screenshot of what the dashboard says:
