If you get paid will probably depend on what the channel was suspended for. If it was for three Copyright Strikes it may be hard to get it while Community Guidelines Takedowns likely get the channel earnings paid. Just look on your Dashboard for the next two or three months and see if you will still get the money.

Typically Freedom will still pay out revenue even if your channel has been terminated - though note this is taken on a case by case basis.
