So, I applied for partnership a week ago. And everything I see says I'm active, but I still have these messages on my dashboard.

Your partnership doesn't appear to be active yet as your channel is still under review - Once your channel has been reviewed you should see a new message on your Freedom dashboard and then be able to undertake a live chat with a member of the Freedom team in which you will get a link to your "learn more" button - once this has been done you will then be fully partnered with the Freedom network.

Yes, I've had monetization enabled on my Youtube account for about 1 month now. It's been almost 2 weeks; I'm still under review
