i am small youtuber with 22 subscribers...namely "LYOMY" and upload pretty much daily...but don't grow in terms of subs and views. What to do???

first , I would recommend opening social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter etc. and being very active there.
Another thing I would recommend doing is posting your videos on Reddit in the right subreddits, but make sure your videos are the highest quality you could make them.
Last thing is to never give up and just keep on going! If it's fun to you, that's the most important thing

About Reddit... simply just advertising in a subreddit when people don't know who you are is a death sentence for your channel. Did it once and i got dislike bombed the second i shared a video. In most cases Reddit is full of Trolls if you are unknown around the place.Hey there!

oh really? Never happened to me... I usually get nice comments there but maybe that is just my case.
Kinda depends on the Sub-Reddit then i guess...
I always gained negative effect while using it so i deleted my account there and found other usefull ways
Reddit does help but u gotta go by the rules of it and also u can share on google plus communities there are lots of them and u can gets some views as well and about gaining subscriber u just gotta be patient people won't just come and subscribe to ur channel so be patient share videos and keep on uploading
