George says if you join freedom, you'll get promoted. I've checked my analytics and never noticed a difference, I wish there's a place where I could get promoted by.

I ma not sure where you heard George say you will get promoted. He was most likely referring to the comments section of certain videos as that is what he is normally referring to.
Freedom! offers you the tools to promote yourself such as this forum and different tools on the dashboard etc. It is up to you to promote yourself though, Freedom! or any other network will not do it for you.
