Solved NO PARTNERSHIP INVITATION (MAIN PROBLEM PLEASE FIX)

This is a problem everyone is having, youtube dashboard isn't showing up learn more freedom invitation! I emailed the support team and they forwarded the problem to another department and they said "you been accepted to freedom network" but I didn't get the invite on youtube! Please fix this problem that everyone new signing up is having.
