Hey, I monetized all my videos but it seems that no earnings are showing, even with a decent amount of views. I asked people if they saw an ad before my video but the reply was no? NEED HELP ASAP

Check your monetization settings, and when you go to your youtube dashboard make sure you see a dollar sign next to your videos. If there is no dollar sign then your videos are not correctly monetized. You also need to make sure that the people you asked have Adblock or not, Adblock blocks all ads including youtube ads. If you are still having trouble then reply. If you are still having trouble after that then go to this link: https://freedom.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new

Little Tip if using Google go incognito with out ad block or what ever you use and watch your video , your looking for little YELLOW bar on the timeline of the video that will show you that you have ad break or pop up ad .

I not sure on this one as Youtube been changing stuff in background but in order to be payed I know I have adsense account

My advice for you is to wait. What matters most is your views and the amount of videos you have. I had a same problem with my account recently. I wasn't receiving November and December's pay last year because their payment system is on a two month buffer. So just wait and upload unique content!

By the way, don't abuse the system. Youtube can disable your monetization if they catch you doing that
