Alright guys a new feature (beta) has been announced by Ryan Wyatt (He runs the Gaming and Commerce Businesses at YouTube) that YouTube will now support Anyone, Subscribers, Members and Specific People only modes for YouTube Streamers! This is a huge missing feature from the live streaming sector from YouTube for a while now and they are finally getting this done! (about time better late than never!) any this gives the streamer the ability to limit the people talking in a live chat from anyone to people who subscribed to the channel or become members and specific people.
