The social media tags look oddly proportioned. They dont match with eachother either. The layout is also really ehh along with the background, put something more than just a gradient.

Looks cool but I would suggest that you make the social media icons all one color (like white) It will help it have a simpler look. I would suggest you try and remove the inner shadow on the "Subscribe!" text. The last part is not needed but you could give it a try and see how it looks
