Right now, it looks like a 3/10 for me.
Maybe an exciting video border would do the trick. And also, quite a few things look "out of order". What I meant by that is that it's quite messy. Maybe you could add some order in to it. I know randomness could be good sometimes, but in my book, good alignment is key, sometimes
. And after you align them, in my opinion, maybe you could add some shapes to it, you'll find out what I mean in this one.
And idk why, I just really like to add animation into things, so maybe you could mess with that as well.

Have you considered making the background more blurry/animated? It can bring a lot of attention to the front. You can go the simplistic route and remove a bit of the text as well. Having a border on the video can definitely help!
Ide give it 8 Im currently looking at editing mine and animating it a bit more with social media links etc. I currently have "More Videos" with a static picture links to the video. I think the way forward is to use a small clip from the video instead
