Need opinions - GPU

So I plan on upgrading my PCs CPU and GPU and decided I would get the GPU first since I have a decent enough i3. I want the GTX 950 but I've been told to save a few more bucks for the GTX 960. All I want is a budget card with simple 1080p60 smoothness on high settings.

Budget and high-1080p60 aren't usually two terms that go together.

Your best option is going to be the 4GB GTX 960, and be sure to test it's overclocking ability when you get it.

The GTX 960 will better serve you as a more over long term card than a GTX 950 will, now me personally if you don't mind switching from Nvidia to AMD you may be able to get a more bang for your buck kind of card. Let me know if your interested.
