Need New Avatar and logo

I know what but just cant draw it so its kind of annoying me,
i kind of want a viking type of person wearing a white bear pelt over him while holding a pad looking confused just thought that it would be good lol.
would use it in thumbnails and as my logo so if anyone knows someone who could do that point them my way
