just need some feedback on my channel because i got 200 something subs and non watches my videos not even 1 min. the way that i know that its because of my youtube Analytics and it says there so need feedback on what to do or change on my channel thank u

Well now i will not come here and sound like a jerk, but I want to say it anyway. (Please do not take this as hate).
I believe @SlenderSlay were laying focus on the way you write english. The way of prenounce and write will have an important role in the way your messages will be understood on global basic. (I am not a professional myself, i make mistakes too).

Also you asked for things to improve, which were what @SlenderSlay provided, he gave you his own opinion on what should be changed. So don't be mad or hurt over replies. Because we all have different point of view and opinions on topics.

Well now i am not a professor in language or "correct grammar". But what i see in your messages you do write with use of the way a word sound, and now how it is written.
An example would be you say "n" instead of "and" which can have the same prenounciation, but the replacement of "n" as "and" is commonly used in text messages, (SMS, MMS and alike) short messages which is less formel.

A second example would be "u" instead of "you" but that is one i use myself every once in a while.

But i believe use normal words and not the shorted version of them, when typing on puplic places. That could improve your way to communicate with people, (and then get your message the correct meaning)

Well there is the "Edit" button in the bottom of each tread, you can use that to change a post.
