Request Need a review for video quality

What's up guys. So I got a new graphics card so i wanted to test the video quality of the game running on high settings.
If my build specs helps with reviewing the quality then here it is

CPU: AMD FX-6300 6-Core 3.5GHz
GPU: GTX 1050 TI 4 GB
RAM: G.Skill DDR3 12GB
HDD: 1TB WD Blue 7200 RPM
PSU: EVGA 500W Bronze Cert
MotherBoard: MSI 970 Gaming

After watching The video I noticed small amounts of frame drop but I dont think this is 60 fps, Looks more like 25 at some points and yes I am watching in 1080p on 60 fps on a 144hz monitor.

The game (Free run) in BO3 Isnt a good test for fps stress in videos so you may wanna try a custom game with bots on some maps to see what it reacts like.
