I think that the descend of visits it's something normal: when I publish a video after three days of inactivity visits are lower. Just keep the activity, if you have a good channel, put a good description, use apropiated tags and wait, you will receive visits and followers. For the tag section I will recomend you to get the Heartbeat extension: just go to your freedom dashboard and click up, where it sais 'Get Heartbeat'. Its a Chrome extension, it's very useful. Then, go to your video, tags section and you wi'll find a Tag finder: when you put a word it will show which tag has more views, etc.
I hope I've helped.

Use your tags for better SEO, but do not throw 800 tags in every video you upload. The tags must remain relevant to the actual video you are uploading, or the video could be taken down for inappropriate tags. A good way to check is use Freedom's spam tool, spam.tm

A good amount of spam is less than 5%, according to freedom.

You probably have some subs that are inactive because of you not posting for a while so I'd say be patient!

Patience is the key to YouTube success in many cases. Those who are impatient almost always resort to ineffective or fraudulent methods of gaining viewership. Just as important as SEO is to look at the videos and see if they are worth making... How many of them exist, and how good is their SEO?
