Hello everyone!

I started Let's Playing in September 2012 and I've been doing it off and on every since. I really got serious when I started again about a year ago. I currently have 88 subs but I get very little views on my videos. I hear people on the forums with about the same number of subs getting more views than I do. I know that since each channel is different and but its kind of frustrating because it seems that most of my subs are dead (I never did any sub4sub before you ask!). I love uploading to YouTube and I want people to watch my content. It just seems like a tease to have 88 subs but less than 10 views on most of my videos :(. Does anyone else have this issue? I'm not the only one right? Any suggestions for how to ease the frustration?

Nothing wrong on what you are doing, but since there are a lot of people doing let's play its really hard to get notice. I used to get a good amount of comments, views and subs when I was doing WoW, Diablo and etc. Now since I deleted those videos I get like at lease 1 view per video and rarely gets any comments.

But because of it, I stop doing commentary and just upload videos with longer time. I just stop caring though and just record the game that I like playing.

Just keep uploading videos of the game you like even if no one cares.

Have a sort like of the same but it depends per game. Some video's start with less then 25 vieuws and then with time those vieuws slowly rise to above the 50 and such but soms older games like AssassinsCreed stay at 10 vieuws max. It can happen sometimes but don't let it get you down. As long as you enjoy making the content then in time others will do the same.

Chris has pretty much hit the nail on the head, thing is with let's play's is that sooo many people are doing them, you have to really be unique in the sense for people to share it because something in that video(s) is different from the rest, very hard to achieve! im certainly not doing that but i wish i could, suppose you've gotta learn as you go but yeah thats the reality now of let's plays

I used to get this a lot when uploading a lot in the same day and its because I didn't give people enough time to watch videos and this is why I upload twice a week and sometimes 3 times because you need to give people a chance to come to your videos

Try to get more views with some interesting thumbnails and they are the most the reason when someone click on your video. For example on one video I have over 100 000 views thanks to the thumbnails people find interesting but some videos can't have 1 000 views for the similar content but thumbnail wasn't that interesting I guess. :) Good luck and keep a hard work.

Everyone has inactive subscribers. It's something everyone will deal with forever. I do have some basic advice for improvement though. The thumbnails didn't really pop out to me when I looked at your videos list perhaps if they stand out a bit more then more people will want to click on those videos and watch them. Also adding a channel trailer may help for any new viewers that come to visit your channel page.

Let's be realistic. There isn't a single YouTuber who doesn't have the underlying motive of eventually becoming a big channel.
