Solved My Channel Not Getting Linked To Freedom!

I disconnected my partnership from Freedom last year but my account was active even though I removed my partnership
After a year I deleted my channel and made a new one and I thought about joining back so when I came back and clicked "Partner With Us" then I was logged in to my account that I had and I had my old channel linked so I removed that link and linked my new channel with which it said "Under Review"
And it has been like that for a month....I opened a ticket for this issue but there was no reply
Then I took a screenshot of my dashboard and sent to support via email and then reply came saying "Your issue will be resolved in 3-4 days" then after a week nothing happened
I emailed them again and then another reply came saying "your issue was not completely sent to the higher authorities but now I will send it to them and your issue will be resolved"
And till now nothing happened and I even try to mail them again but no reply!

Also one more thing was when I came back here my partner badge was "Distinguished Partner"

So do I have remove my account from Freedom and make a new one?

I wouldn't remove it and make a new one, otherwise your going to be placed at the bottom of the queue. I do apologise it seems like you are waiting forever to be partnered with Freedom, but the support team have been super busy recently, not only with the migration to the new support system but also dealing with the new YouTube rules regarding channels with 10K views, and dealing with application requests, and unlinked partners. If you send me the ticket ID number I can chase this up for you, also in regards to your partner badge / title on the forums, this is only based on your posting on the forums and doesn't really effect your account.

When I sent the email to the support with the screenshot of my dashboard I got this reply

After a week or so when I replied them again saying nothing has changed and I am still not linked then this reply came
