Music in Cars in games

So I've just had copyright claims on my watch dogs video. Just deleted it because I forgot about the music in the car. For future reference how can I avoid this? Edit it out or just turn off the radio?

If you can't get rid of the in-game music, you can get a song you can use, and put that overtop... adjust the volumes accordingly
