Solved Money lost , thanks Freedom

Before the day of the unlinking (YPP) , Freedom owed me 47 dollars (may) and 27 dollars (june).
After i was unlinked , i rejoined freedom , my application got accepted , still the freedom dashboard was empty.
I submited a ticket , i described my problem and the support told me this and i quote

Hey Catana,


Since you don’t currently have an actively linked channel with us, then the payments are more than likely lost (and will not be paid).


I’m sorry for the inconvenience.


Thanks and have a great day!"

I had my channel partnered with freedom since december 2015 , i have received 3 payments from them (i have prints from my paypall account ) , Freedom received 135 dollars from youtube , they only payed about 6 euros to me , they should have payed this month alone 47 dollars and the next one 27 dollars.

1. I didn't leave freedom on purpose , i was unlinked whitout notice because of YPP , im not the only one who was unlinked
2. I quote
Yes, you will still get paid whenever you leave Freedom!.

We give you the option to leave our network whenever you want, with or without reason. Freedom! will still owe you the money that you earned in the last month before you officially unlinked from our YouTube CMS.

Hm, to be honest, I'm not sure what you should do. I would try to contact support again, and if that doesn't work, try tagging a staff member here.

He may have misinterpreted what you said...? When you unlink from Freedom you still get paid for the previous months that you were with Freedom. The only thing you wont be paid is the time that you were unlinked from Freedom. So if you were unlinked for 5 days, any revenue made in those 5 days will be paid to your adsense and not your Freedom account.

Hello,

I'm sorry you've had a... well a really bad experience... it seems this answer may have been given due to a misunderstanding however I've personally delivered this thread to the head of support and I will follow up on this. it's my hope that it was a misunderstaning or a support agent replying before having their morning coffee either way i'll look into it.
