Media: Top 10 Banned Illegal Baby Names

Sorry for the spoiler, just some people might find anything related to racism or terrorism offensive.
All of those names make sense why they are banned, it just shocked me that 'Osama Bin Laden' was only 5th, whereas a possible racist remark 'Nutella' came on top, given that Osama easily relates to terrorism.
Calling a baby '@' is quite stupid in my opinion, but to ban it, I think that is just the Chinese being awkward as usual.
