MCA - what is it?

I found this when I logged in into my Youtube Account. (see attachment)
I'm partnered with Freedom! and everything is working fine (getting paid etc.) but what is this MCA and should I accept it?

You mean MCN ? If so, then it stands for "Multi-Channel Network" - in this case Freedom

Oh god sorry you are right, it's MCN - so should I go ahead and accept it? I thought I'm already partnered? As you can see in the screenshot it says: "We've worked with your MCN to include you in the YouTube Partner program"

Its a newly updated program and you need to accept to be a part of it, thats just how youtube works
