The man who urinated on those video games at a Target in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, has finally been caught. Upon arriving at the video game section, the man took off his already piss soaked pants, exposing himself and also peeing on video games themselves. Police have since arrested the man and have laid charges of public urination and indecent exposure.
