GFX Request Making Changes To My Old Banner

I have been using a banner on my Youtube channel for the past since February 2015 from another Freedom artist awhile back. It is a good design that I'll show here. Overall, I love the basic template, the colors, and some of the design aspects but I requested the artist make some changes for it since May 2015. After a couple of emails, the artist hasn't responded and hasn't made the changes. So I've come here again to request anyone that interested in just making some slight design changes on this banner. This is the original banner I'm talking about:

Again, I want to establish that I don't want a brand-new banner made but just making some changes while keeping the overall aesthetic of the banner the same. These changes include the removal of some of the characters (mainly Fault Boy since I don't do Fallout videos and having him here would be misleading) and the inclusion of other more appropriate characters from my previous Let's Plays. Also, having my main icon (the red angry face) being placed between "ROY JOHNSON'S" and "LET'S PLAYS" rather than appear transparent over the text.

Just saying, it'd be hard for anybody not to make a new design of this without the PSD file available to edit, or whatever file the previous artist used, since you've only provided a JPEG/PNG image, it wouldn't be directly editable and would have to be recreated from scratch.

I don't want to sound rude mate but that banner must be made in under a min. It is basic and could be so much better. Let @Mr Price make one for you as he can make some awesome banners.

Yeah, I understand my request is kind of outrageous without the proper images and files. I'll try to look for a brand new banner design. Thanks anyway for the help.
