Solved Learn More Option Not Appearing

First i would like to thank you to being with Freedom. I am totally new here so i have no experience about Freedom but I want to know more about Freedom .
As I got a confirmation mail from Freedom team "You are accepted for YouTube Partnership! " but in my YouTube channel (The Kapil Sharma Show)'Learn More' Option is still not appearing . May I know what is the reason behind this .
